Supportive Transition, Education & Prevention Services STEPS

We work with young people to help them lead healthy and successful lives.

Our program offers support, guidance, and care coordination to adolescents and young adults, including those who are pregnant and/or parenting. We encourage healthy living, positive social interactions, and planning for long-term success with relationships, education, and careers.

STEPS uses a person-centered approach to help clients achieve their individual goals.
