Catholic Charities of Cortland County (CCOCC) is a non-profit human service agency providing services in Cortland County since the 1970s. Services are targeted to those affected by mental health and substance use disorders, people living in poverty, and at-risk youth.
Care coordination, residential and housing services, peer supports services and emergency assistance are available. The agency was incorporated in 1925 as part of the larger seven county Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Syracuse, which includes Cortland, Broome, Onondaga, Oneida, Madison, Chenango, and Oswego Counties.

Tim joined the Agency in 2015 with over two decades of experience in human services and non-profit management. He was appointed Executive Director in 2021.
Ron Irish, Director of Finance
Ron joined the Agency in 2017 with many years of accounting and financial management in the private sector and the non-profit world.
Julie Partigianoni, Director of Client Services
Julie joined the Agency in 2014 working at our Charles Street Community Residential program and Peer Support Services. She has years of experience in human services with a focus on mental health and recovery programs.
