Catholic Charities of Cortland County (CCOCC) is a private, non-profit human service agency with a history of service provision in Cortland County since 1979. Services are targeted to those affected by mental health and substance use disorders, people living in poverty, and at-risk youth.
Our basic services include care coordination, residential services, and emergency assistance. The agency was incorporated in 1925 as part of the larger seven county Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Syracuse, which includes Cortland, Broome, Onondaga, Oneida, Madison, Chenango, and Oswego Counties.

Marie Lord Walsh, Executive Director
Marie has been with Catholic Charities since 1986, in both direct service and administrative roles. She was appointed Executive Director in 2006.
Tim Lockwood, Director of Family & Community Services
Tim joined the Agency in 2015 with over two decades of experience in human services and non-profit management. He oversees the various programs offered at CCOCC.
Ron Irish, Director of Finance
Ron joined the Agency in 2017 with many years of accounting and financial management in the private sector and the non-profit world.
