Executive Team Executive Director - Marie Lord Walsh Marie has been with Catholic Charities for 22 years in both direct service and administrative roles. She was appointed Executive Director in 2006. Director of Recovery Services - Mike Pisa Mike has been with the agency for 25 years and oversees housing and residential services for mental health consumers, people in recovery from substance abuse or addiction, and those with co-occurring disorders. Director of Family & Community Services - Ann Marie Phelps Ann Marie has been with the Agency for 18 years and directs various community support programs and emergency services. Director of Finance -Deborah King, CPA Debbie has been with the agency for 2 years and comes with significant experience in non-profit accounting and is responsible for all financial operations in the agency. Director of Administrative Services - Brooke Knickerbocker Brooke has been with the agency for 8 years which began working in Mental Health Residential Services.  Among many agency tasks she, oversees various administrative functions including Human Resources and Corporate Compliance.
