Drug Free Community Project

Drug Free Communities Project is a project of the Cortland Area Communities that Care (CACTC) Coalition. Catholic Charities of Cortland is the lead agency on the Drug Free Communities Project which started in 2005 with funding from the federal Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Agency, or SAMHSA. Using community collaboration and a coalition approach, this project focuses on reducing youth substance abuse issues.
